How do I return my order?

- Go to our "contact us" section at our footer

- Enter the information that is required

- In the "comment box" you MUST INCLUDE your order number and the product you purchased.

Once you have completed those steps we will get back to you within 3 business days. 

I returned my order, when will i receive the money back?

It will take up-to 5 business days for the money too be refunded once we have received the item(s)

Can i cancel my order?

Sadly, you cannot cancel your order with Miles Apart, you will have to go through the return process instead.

What is your return policy?

Once you have received the item(s) you will have 30 days to return your item(s). The item(s) you purchase must be returned in the same condition when received.

A return FEE of £5 unless an order of £80+ is spent.

When will i receive my order?

- Local deliveries will be shipped between 1-3 business days, excluding major holidays.

- Standard United Kingdom Shipping will be shipped between 2-5 business days excluding major holidays.

How do I modify/adjust my order?

Once an order is placed, modification is possible, but not guaranteed. We recommend that you go too our “Contact Us section and then fill out the form and then enter your Order ID and include the modification(s) that you would like too change.

THIS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 6 HOURS OF THE ORDER BEING PLACED!

We recommend that you look over your shipping details before confirming your order.

How will I know when new item(s) will be released?

How do I update an incorrect shipping address?

Unfortunately, you cannot update your order details. There is a solution for this. You can go through the refund process which is found at the bottom of the FAQ list.

I have not received a tracking number, what should i do?

Firstly, apoligies that you have not received your tracking number, but no need too panic, your package will be received within the shipping type that you selected.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, Miles Apart can deliver internationally but all orders must be through Instagram DM's

How do i refund my order?

You can refund your order by... going to the "Contact Us" section found here, from there we expect you too fill out all the boxes available, once you have received the "comment box" you must include you order ID (e.g #MA1001) and then request the refund.
